As for the keypad of the Nokia E71 Unlocked Phone, true it's a little cramped. HOWEVER, it feels really good on the fingers. One of the biggest complaints that I have about the E61i is the earphone speaker is hard to hear out of. The E71 that comes with a narrower body and better speakers solves the problem.
The Nokia E71 Unlocked Phone also comes with an added Micro USB port as well as a 2.5 mm earphone jack. When it comes to software, the E71 comes with an updated symbian operating system that has a lot of additional features as well as programs that are pleasant to use.
